The dental application will introduce several features that will aid in providing a smooth practice for the end users including: clinical instructors, undergraduate students, dental interns, and postgraduate residents.

1) Easy access to the daily clinical schedule and assignment that will orient end users to the location of the assigned aisle, clinic, trainees and instructor.

2) Enhanced communication between trainees and instructors through the paging system, messaging feature and notifications available which will help in better time management.

3) Effective monitoring of daily attendance by scanning the barcode available on screens.

4) Flexible and rapid changes could be done through the admin coordinator without disrupting the workflow.

5) Accurate extraction of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as needed.

6) Availability of students and instructors’ manuals on the application with periodic updates to ensure the proper orientation of end users regarding the clinical rules and regulations.
