- Added the READ_CONTACTS permission. For contacts, incoming phone calls will now show the caller's name instead of the phone number.
- The app list will now show all apps, instead of only apps that created at least one notification.
- Fixed a problem that caused the app to incorrectly display that the notification access is disabled.
- Crash fixes.
