Dogs Update

- Bug fixes and improvements to make Dogs Update faster.
From previous version:
- Catalogs: The catalog option is added, which will allow us to download or display it.
- Schedule: The schedules' option is added.
- Bug fixes and improvements on notifications system.
- New system for notifications.
- The Kiosk system is implemented, which will be a reference of everything related in the world of the dog. (Will be activated soon).
