Edge Text to Speech TTS Engine

Allows users to use an online high-quality Text-to-Speech engine with a wide variety of voices for multiple languages.

Supported languages:

- English

- Hindi

- Chinese

- Hebrew

Currently with a total of 27 unique voices.

Should be used in conjunction with apps that use Text-to-Speech engines like '@Voice Aloud Reader'.

Steps to properly use are provided in the app itself.
