Employee Info

All the contact information of employees are provided separately according to the department of the company or organization. User will be able to see profile of employee and also can make phone call, send email or message directly to any employee by using this app.

We will give an admin panel to company or organization. Admin will add , update , delete department and employee from admin panel. User's App will be updated automatically in any changes from admin panel.

Alternatively user also can update the app by clicking the refresh icon of the app.

এই অ্যাপটিতে প্রতিষ্ঠানের Employee দের কন্টাক্ট ইনফরমেশন ডিপার্টমেন্ট অনুসারে আলাদা ভাবে সাজানো যাবে।

#ফোনবুকঃ

১। এই অ্যাপ থেকে সরাসরি Employee দেরকে ফোন , ইমেইল এবং ম্যাসেজ করা যাবে।

২। সার্চ অপশন থেকে সার্চ দিয়ে employee দের ইনফরমেশন বের করা যাবে।

#মেসেজঃ ১। মেসেজ ফিচার থেকে একটা ডিপার্টমেন্টের সকল Employee দের একসাথে মেসেজ পাঠানো যাবে। অথবা ইচ্ছেমত কয়েকজন Employee কে সিলেক্ট করে মেসেজ পাঠানো যাবে।

#মেইলঃ ১। মেইল ফিচার থেকে ডিপার্টমেন্টের সকল employee দের একসাথে ইমেইল পাঠানো যাবে অথবা ইচ্ছেমত কয়েকজন Employee কে সিলেক্ট করে ইমেইল পাঠানো যাবে।

*** তথ্য আপডেট ***

উক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানে কোন নতুন ডিপার্টমেন্ট যুক্ত হলে অথবা কোন নতুন Employee যুক্ত হলে কিংবা কোন তথ্য পরিবর্তন হলে সেটা স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে ইউজারের অ্যাপে আপডেট হবে (৭ দিনের মধ্যে)। এছাড়া অইজার যেকোন সময় অ্যাপের রিফ্রেশ আইকনে ক্লিক করে অ্যাপটা আপডেট করে নিতে পারবেন।
