Endava Car Sharing

Endava Car Sharing is a mobile application which encourages employees of company located in the Republic of Moldova to enjoy the car-pooling to and from Endava office with the goal to optimize transportation options and cut CO2 emissions. Current release allows a user to use map interactively , by putting a pin of his destination (the same for driver and passenger) and then visualizing the info on the map regarding available cars going to that destination if user has set up himself as a passenger or visualizing passengers on the map if he user identified himself as a driver.

The ride management functionality supports accepting, rejecting a request for ride, along with cancelling a ride if needed. Each user will do the onboarding only once and then will always have the possibility to manage his account (including deleting it) and updating his personal data including if needed to change his contact information (phone number) or car details (car model, plate number, car color). Application is very easy to use and supports such features as capacity management in terms of remaining available seats in the car and calling functionality to ease the communication between driver and passenger along with the possibility to send feedback to the development team. For the application to work a user must provide permission first to his geo location to be visible on the map and the mobile application user is informed about it.
