Escalation Matrix

Escalation Matrix is a ticketing system that collects all organization related issues from a wide range of sources into our system for solving issues and keeping track of it.

Members of the organization can raise the ticket to the department within the organization. All the members of the department will be notified about this ticket.

Department members will take action to resolve the issue and after resolving they will change the ticket status to resolved. All the department members and the owner of ticket will be notified.

Once the issue is resolved ticket owner will close the ticket, if issue is not resolved then ticket owner will reopen ticket.

If no action taken on the ticket by the department members then ticket will be escalated to the manager and further to the admin of the department.

With this system admin can generate department wise or the organization reports.

Admin can analyze the issue raised and resolved within organization.

With the detail tracking of every query within the organization.Team can analyse and minimize the issues in the organization by this system.
