Enhancements

A New widget to select markets when a commodity has been selected. Please refer to document attached for specification on Vodafone issues raised.

Bugs Identified and fixed

1. On Vodafone Survey Form, user is able to select more than 5 markets on the widget when user repeatedly selects the same market

2. When a user installs the application for very first time, a search for 'y.a.m.' does not display anything until he enters a space after the y.a.m
