eyetime messenger: free calls, text & group chat

You asked, we delivered! eyetime users can now:

- Change their username. Simply tap on your profile image > Profile details > Username
- Copy messages onto their smartphone clipboard
- Switch off auto-accept of chat invitations in Settings

In this version we also improved community channel functionalities and made general bug fixes across our video call, voice call and instant messaging features.
