★ TalkBack: built-in keyboard now uses "lift to type" rather than "double-tap". And other improvements.

★ Improvements and bug fixes for programmable keyboard. Now supports multiple RETURN and NEXT (e.g. one key can issue multiple commands). Can also turn off keyboard via fab.ini to maximise screen real estate for games that don't need typing. To use updated config files, delete / backup fab.ini, etc. then close app via back key and reopen.

★ Various small bug fixes and optimisations.
