Forseti

Forseti is an on-device toolkit for self-represented litigants ("pro se") navigating federal court under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). It is built around the 2024 restyled FRCP and works fully offline.

What Forseti gives you:

• Quick Jump — collapsible table of contents and rule-level search across the full FRCP, with a fast PDF viewer for the official text. Long-press a page to copy or read aloud.

• Motion Drafts — bundled USCourts pro se forms plus generated PDF templates for FRCP filings that don't have an official form. Print directly through Android Print, or save as a PDF to share with the court.

• Guides — plain-language walkthroughs for filing a complaint, responding to one, discovery, motions for summary judgment, hearings, computing time under Rule 6, organizing a digital case folder, common mistakes, and the OCR workflow.

• State Rules — a directory of all 50 states, D.C., and every federal circuit, linking to the official rules PDF for each jurisdiction. Long-press to keep a copy on-device for offline use.

• Deadlines — Rule 6 timing engine with the most common FRCP windows built in (21-day answer, 30-day discovery responses, 28-day Rule 59 motion, and more). Per-case calendars, local notifications, and ICS export for any calendar app.

• Glossary — 75+ legal terms, A to Z, with fast search.

• Notes and Bookmarks — per-rule annotations and starred sections, persisted across sessions.

• Document Scanner — capture a page with your camera and run on-device OCR (Google ML Kit) to drop the recognized text directly into a draft.

• Case Profiles — create one folder per case, ingest existing files in bulk via "Brokkr Forge Process," and route incoming images straight to the right case.
