Temporary skip fingerprint/passcode verification for Samsung devices during checkin.

Known Issue:
- Crash "Bluetooth Share has stopped": Due to Android system bug, some devices with Android 4.3 and 4.4 (Xiaomi devices with up to MiUI 5.5.1) can face the problem when turn on Bluetooth, this affects all app using BLE including GTRIIP.
Possible workaround is a factory reset of the phone to clear the system bug, then the Bluetooth feature can work normally for GTRIIP.
