With the HyService App you can access our Voith Hydro service team anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re having a problem implementing a project, require support eliminating faults, or want to optimize your system, the app enables you to send your service request or contact the service hotline directly. In addition to personal contact data, information regarding a hydropower plant, its location, and a description of the requested service are processed. Photos or voice recordings can be added to service requests and GPS data transmitted for determining the service location.
