Added the Receive at OLT light level alongside the Designed and Optical Signal light levels.
Updated the Send SMS button on calendar events to open the send SMS dialog, so texts are sent through Vision rather than the phone's messaging app.
Updated so the location pin can be moved.
Updated so the Available Packages drop-down loads packages, and added flexible offer picker packages, including switching to the same package to adjust its flexible offer options.
