With this app, invoices that are assigned to you via a workflow system can be assessed in a user-friendly way.

The following functionalities are provided:

Display of invoice image;

Display of header data (invoice date, invoice number, amount, creditor, ...);

Display of line data (G / L, cost center, order reference, ...);

Display of previous workflow steps;

Display of added notes or attachments;

Adding a note or attachment;

Approve and reject decision options with reason for rejection.

This app requires an integration via API with a backend system.
