Initial Beta release to demonstrate the layout and basic functionality.

Web Server to push new workout routines.
Saving of data to local/web database to allow for workout tracking.
Allow for user generation of workouts.
Add a "Learn" section to discuss Jiu Jitsu.
Add sounds.
Enable user settings to populate into workout routine.
