Simple maintenance release to fix up some minor issues as identified by the user community.

*** The following features are being worked on and shall be released as time permits;

- partial set for vocabulary for Level 2 Vocab Quiz

- for each of the JLPT levels the ability to mark an entry as read and also the ability to clear read entries
