General update of the game. From the comments made by all I've redone everything that was requested in the comments thanks to all of you!

* Improvements to the physics of the kart the player and rivals. Especially in the handling of the kart.
* Adaptation of the UI to new devices.
* Improvement of the environments and the circuits.
* Change of the environment of Texas by Texas Downtown.
* Added translations to the Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese.
