  New Troop – Zhukov
  The leader of the Tanks. Possesses powerful fighting abilities.
  After a slight delay, roots enemies within range for 3s, reducing their attack speed by 50% for 3s and dealing 175%/200%/225%/250% Attack Damage every 0.5s.
  Every so often, deals AoE damage and greatly enhances allied Tanks over a sustained period of time. When Zhukov is on the battlefield, damage from its sovereign has a chance of triggering a missile barrage and enhancing allied Tanks.

  Active Skill: Charges at a target, knocking the target and enemies along the way airborne for 0.8/0.95/1.1/1.25s. Nemo then smashes the ground, dealing 150% attack damage to all enemies within a circular area.
