Lifegraph's migraine log application is designed to aid individuals participating in Lifegraph's clinical trial to easily register their migraines.

The Lifergraph team thanks you for your consent to participate in this study.

In order to participate, please install this application on your smartphone. One-time mandatory registration process is required. After registering, please use the application to register each migraine attack you experience. This will help Lifegraph correlate your sampled data with your migraines, in hope to soon move to prediction of migraine episodes in order to prevent them.

The information from the Lifergraph app is anonymous and the Lifegraph team has no way to associate between the information and the patient's identity.
