Manifest allows your expert users to easily document and record their tribal knowledge and distribute it widely. Manifest equips Operators to follow instructions and complete complex tasks with little experience. Manifest can track closely what your team is doing and allow management to track and evaluate performance. Manifest can virtually transport your experts from one spot on the globe to another when help is needed, or urgent issues require it.

Authoring:

Manifest running on a Head Mounted Display (HMD) or tablet enables an experienced field technician – “Expert”, to easily “Author” an augmented reality content session using only voice and a few gestures (or keyboard for tablet). Manifest uses spatial computing to map the actual equipment in 3D space. The expert places step-by-step instructions in 3D space around the equipment for others to utilize; job nuances permanently captured.

Operator:

An operator can easily follow the directions created by the Author. Additionally they can accept jobs from digital job board, and leave evidence of what has been done in job history. Manifest also allows operators to use Working Together to pass job tasks back and forth as they complete a job with multiple people. If faced with a task that requires additional help, they can also use Expert Connect to call in an Expert and show them exactly what they are seeing to help solve the issue.

Training:

New hire on-boarding, additional training, and continuing education are all enhanced with the use of Manifest. Utilizing this information already captured by your experts, training can now be done without taking machinery out of rotation. Using Manifest for training equals ore efficiently training people, reducing cost for training and reducing cost for ongoing operations.

Manager:

Manifest provides Mangers with complete visibility from a global level to a first-person view. Visualize, and even interact with, information in 2D or 3D for situational awareness to make decisions towards optimizing safety and business.
