The MAXIMUS Workforce Center mobile app is designed to simplify the timesheet verification process for TANF workforce program participants and their employers through the use of your cell phone’s camera. Key features of the app include the ability to:

• Upload and send images of timesheets and other documents to the workforce office in real time

• Send and receive secure messages

• Track your document history

• Get answers to frequently asked questions

*Please note: This mobile app currently supports the following workforce programs:

• Ohio ─ Cuyahoga County Work Experience Program

• Wisconsin – Wisconsin Works, Milwaukee

We will be adding more MAXIMUS-operated workforce offices in the future, so be sure to check back. Your local office will also let you know when the app is available in your area.
