Metarun (Closed Beta)

Metarun is a free-to-play and play-to-earn, blockchain-based game based on the concept of an endless runner.

Built on the revolutionary Unreal Engine 5, Metarun has top-quality graphics, and is powered by blockchain technology, making it not only fun but visually pleasing as well. Combining traditional gaming and crypto gaming, Metarun has the best of both worlds. It’s a P2E with a difference. The game has an internal ecosystem that works via the game’s native $MRUN tokens and virtual currency OPAL. All items/assets bought in-game can be traded via a cross-chain marketplace for NFT trading.

Metarun has a fantastic storyline. All the in-game action takes place in a time bubble. Here the circle of time restarts again and again. The only thing that changes is that technology and magic continue to evolve making the universe all the more interesting.

Metarun has 45 unique characters, each with ungradable NFT skins. 3 will initially be available to play in the app’s Beta version. These characters will come from three categories—fighter, sprinter, and craftsman. Meaning that each has its own unique style, skills, and abilities.

For new players, the game always begins by choosing their lead character. This will impact their in-game experience and the character’s strengths and weaknesses. Over time new characters and maps will be added expanding the in-game universe.

In addition, each in-game character will have a bunch of NFT skins, which determine the look and effects of the character. They are also defined by min and max levels, ROI, NFT class, total battles, and more, which define the price for the Skin. Additionally, the skins are divided into Skin Rarity, this will show how valuable or rare skin is.
