MIXCISE - custom workouts and exercises

-Notification with pause/resume control and option to keep running in background
-Workout calendar with scheduling and history
-Optional custom lengths/times for each exercise in workout
-Display current side (L/R) in exercise list
-Manual backup and restore of all data. To backup (email or online storage) choose "Backup" in main menu. To restore tap file in email or online storage file browser (e.g. Drive app)
