Android Application for programming a Man Overboard Device (MOB) called LineLine. It does this by flashing the smartphone’s flashlight at the MOB’s light sensor in a specific sequence to do one of three things:

1. Program a country

2. Program an MMSI (9 digit number)

3. Reset the MOB’s battery.
