On3 AI

On3 AI is a global provider of technology-driven learning solutions, purpose-built for the construction industry. We go far beyond traditional courseware delivery by enabling real-time, mobile-first, in-field support on the jobsite—powered by our advanced AI platform.

Whether you're training new hires, capturing expert workflows, or turning everyday field knowledge into structured learning, On3 AI makes construction training possible in minutes—not weeks.

Solving the Right Problems

Disconnected Training: Traditional learning systems don’t reflect how work actually happens on the jobsite. On3 AI bridges that gap by bringing training into the field with AI-powered, in-field support, where it's needed most.

Lost Tribal Knowledge: When knowledge lives only in one person’s head, it’s hard to scale. On3 AI helps you capture and organize it before it disappears—with AI-assisted extraction and structure.

Slow Content Creation: Legacy systems take weeks to build a single course. On3 AI cuts that time down to minutes with AI-driven workflows optimized for construction training.

Scattered Resources: Paper binders, emails, and shared drives aren’t effective in the field. On3 AI unifies everything into one searchable platform with AI indexing for faster answers.

Key Features

On3 AI (Create): Record structured training modules or quick, ad-hoc walkthroughs using your phone. On3 AI turns that content into microlearning and structured programs—instantly—designed for in-field use.

Ask On3 (AI Assistant): Ask a question and get immediate, AI-powered answers from your company's training content, documents, and field videos—all AI-indexed and continuously updated for on-site, in-field support.

Smart Content Ingestion: Upload videos, photos, PDFs, Word docs, and more. On3 AI digests each file and extracts relevant learning moments into structured modules—accelerating construction training creation.

Mobile-Ready and Offline First: Built for the jobsite, not the office. Access content on the go with offline-friendly behavior and support for poor connectivity environments.

Program & Module Organization: Define learning paths, organize content by team or phase, and publish directly to your workforce through the On3 AI app—guided by AI-assisted search and discovery.

Why We Request Permissions

To help you build rich, effective learning content, On3 AI requires access to your device storage. This allows you to upload jobsite photos, walkthrough videos, documents, and more—all of which can be used to generate powerful training materials with On3 AI and the Ask On3 AI assistant.
