Outlined - Icon pack

ADW/NOVA/APEX Launcher

This is an initial release, and more icons to come.

NOTE: Picking an icon manually from this pack does not work (for now) due to the resolution of these images (it would crash your device) this will be implemented later.

The only icon included in the "pick from theme" is the app drawer (again, for now), all other icons should skin automagically when you select your theme through your launcher settings.
