PayWow Verifier

Explicitly designed for PayWow clients, the PayWow Verifier app allows businesses to get their account verified by providing business, bank, and identity documents. This can help a business to complete their onboarding process, run payroll, and initiate direct deposits with PayWow.

PayWow Verifier app helps walk businesses through a simple step-by-step business verification process that requires them to capture their business supporting documents through the app. We realize that sending this type of information electronically can be risky; that's why we have made it safe.

How does it work?

Once a business signs up with PayWow, they will receive an email requesting them to submit documents for business verification through the PayWow Verifier app.

After downloading the app, the users can sign in to the app using their PayWow's credentials, and start submitting the applicable documents in a jiff. It’ll just take only a few minutes to submit the documents for verification.

Users can only photo-capture documents that support identity, bank account information, and business. In case the user has multiple businesses, they can choose a business for which they would like to submit documents for verification.

When taking a picture of a document, the users are requested to make sure that the document details match with the PayWow account, images are vivid and easy to read, and documents are valid. This will help our backend team to do a quick review.

Once PayWow verifies the documents, users will be notified of its status through email.
