1.) 1-1 Meetings

In this feature user can set a meeting directly by contacting the person. User need to enter his/her's username, phone no, email_id, date/time, can write a short message like purpose of the meeting and also user can mention the location. By submitting it will directly send Email to that person informing about the meeting.

2.) Timer

Timer is like normal timer. But in Professional Assistant - PA it will help the user to know what time is left for ending the presentation/meeting. It will blink every 30 seconds the remind the user about the time and he/she can complete their work on time.

3.) Reminder

In Reminder user will enter the details for the upcoming events by providing the name, date and time. The best thing is that if user is having multiple events on the same day he/she will be informed about the latest one.
