Fix a few cosmetic issues, added Red X splash screen, and fixed a couple of bugs.

The Red X name at the top of the screen is fixed. I added a non-breaking space before the X and added some color. I am also working on fixing the horizontal scroll in the IP-Database. Trying to remove it actually. Users can now track attacks, and record their cash or reputation from each IP to better manage and plan their transfers.
