Fixed following bugs:
- unknown error during registration
- crash on first activity after registration
- removed speakers from list of displays
- duplicated chromecast devices
- activity dashboard timeout on virtual and outdoor activites
- keyboard not showing inside webview with google fit
- added crashlyitcs
- calculating average speed for outdoor activites
- time deviation depends on device
