1. According to the requirements of the Google Play store, increase the targetSdk of the application to 33;
Upgrade the minimum mobile system version requirement to Android 5.0;
2. Adapted the discovery and control permission requirements for the BLE devices according to the requirements of the new system;
3. Fixed a small bug during name matching on search devices: this bug will cause some normal devices to be filtered out;
4. Fixed the issue of some buttons deforming on some phones;
