Thanks to MirrorLink™, the Volkswagen Car-Net Sound Journey app for your cell phone communicates directly with the vehicle and can detect braking, acceleration and switching on the blinkers, for example. This data flows into the music with different levels of intensities, depending on the selected style, from "Rockin' Beats“ to "Groove Tracks“ to "Chill-out“. Volkswagen Car-Net Sound Journey creates an individual soundtrack from three basic songs per style, which will never be produced anywhere else in the world. Something so unique should also be able to be recorded: A record button allows you a 30-second recording, which you can share with your friends on SoundCloud, for example.

And there is even more: Thanks to MirrorLink™, you can also fine-tune the acoustics in your songs using the proximity sensors in your Volkswagen radio or navigation system display. This is your drive. This is your sound.
