V1.6 Update

Fixed choppy lag in the sweep rate, Now much smoother.

Fixed latency on loading app, May still have extended wait on Lollipop devices.

Added disable button activity if radio is not on to fix bug if sweep was activated before radio. Now activates sweep button after radio is turned on!..

Small cosmetic changes and boot sound added.
