We are proud to start offering support to android devices as we originally just started out as a simple website. I am the owner of this small operation and will provide either phone support or wireless support to all guests who submit a help ticket, we will try our best to contact you asap however we have a very busy schedule and may not be able to get back with you until the weekend, we are currently not open on Sunday however we sometime in the future wish to be open 7 days a week! We appreciate all of your support and cooperation and we love the supporters of our new site and mobile android application. Please also note that THERE IS CURRENTLY NO SUPPORT for mobile devices, we currently only offer wireless support for desktops and PC devices, we can only offer phone support for those devices such as a Apple Product like an IPhone or Ipad. If users decide to use our wireless remote support option they will be required to agree to terms and conditions as we do not want any issues, you can read those certain terms and conditions below.

responsible for ANY damage done to the PC during the remote desktop support session, I am aware that I may request a

screen recording of the session by simply asking the owner of this site, I also am aware that I AM RESPONSIBLE for ANYTHING

that happens to my PC during this remote session, THE SITE OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. I ackoweldge these terms and give

the site owner access to my PC remotely, I agree that I will monitor the remote desktop connection while support works on it

wirelessly.
