- Added output function of measured target information.
- Adopted OAF (Option Authorization File) system. Applying an OAF file to ESN-100 enables communication with unit.

- Fixed bugs in Export to Collage Office function.
(1) number of significant digits in PointsList.csv was not sufficient.
(2) sometimes coordinates of instrument and back-sight were shifted.
- Fixed several minor bugs and display messages.
- Improves the functionality and operational stability.
