Manual

1) Fill out some personal details at the tab Settings. Your BMI-score will show up promptly. Are you in shape?

2) Choose your goal at the Target tab. Or upload your own desired goal.

3) Select the Workout tab. Press the Start button whenever you’re ready. And off you go.

4) Find your local Shop to buy your trampoline and much more.
