Voz da Verdade Newsongs

Voz da Verdade (in English, Voice of Truth) is a Brazilian contemporary Christian music band founded in 1978. The group is part of the religious institution Ministry Voz da Verdade. It is one of the most active religious bands in Brazil, with a career of more than thirty-five years, having sold about 5,000,000 (five million) copies, among LPs, CDs and DVDs. In 2006, the group received the title of Top Band of the Century.[1]

The band became known through songs like "4ª Dimensão", "Lute", "Sou um Milagre", "Pra Quê?", "Projeto no Deserto" and "O Escudo", being also recognized for having a diversity of influences and styles adopted in its albums, such as rock, pop, jazz, caribbean, hip hop, country, symphonic metal, among others. They have been nominated for several years in various categories of the Talent Trophy and the Promises Trophy. Singers like Heralds of the King, KLB, Marcelo Rossi and Chris Durán have already re-recorded their songs.[2]
