Waitr will notify your customers when their order or service is ready. Simply because nobody likes to wait.

1. Your customer places an order or asks for a service to be rendered e.g Car Wash or Laundry

2. Give your customer an order number or anything to identify their order. For a Car Wash business, it can be the vehicle's license plate number.

3. Your customer will go to yourbranch.waitr.co.za to view their order/service status. When it's ready, they will be sent an SMS to come and collect
