ASUD GHANA

Advocate for sustainable development (ASUD) is a volunteer group (Nongovernmental Organisation) which started in 11th February, 2010 to augment all stakeholder effort in the pursuance of sustainable development. This is a group of young people with a common vision to promote and carry the concept of “Sustainable development” to the doorstep of every Ghanaian. ASUD is a product of United Nations University Global Seminar, which was held in Nuguchi Centre, Accra, Ghana on 20th to 22nd October, 2009. The theme for the Seminar was “Strategies for Sustainability Development and the Pressure of Globalisation: Policy Challenges in Africa.”
