Welcome! This is the health app of the largest network of hospitals and health care in Brazil to help users conduct self-rated health for all types of diagnoses and schedule telemedicine practices for various specialties in many hospitals in the country.

All guidance for access to digital health is offered with practicality, security and confidentiality for patients and doctors. Self-assessment and telemedicine are essential resources to offer access to health quickly and conveniently. They are consultations with professionals specialized in the comfort of your home and without waiting.

To register is very simple: just include your personal data. The profile registration screen will ask for a photo of the user's face so that he can do the identity certification and a photo of a document - which can be the National Driver's License (CNH) or the Identity Card (RG).

Each registered user will have access to a page with their data and health services, in addition to being able to link other family members and dependents who do not have a cell phone or device with access to the internet, such as children, the elderly and shelters.

When you register and register the people you want to care for, you can select the hospital of preference for the person who needs special attention and proceed to an easy and quick screening. ‘Atende Saúde’ offers an evaluation (screening) dedicated to various diagnoses and uses Artificial Intelligence to make a more assertive recommendation about health care and its level of criticality in care, referring it to the most appropriate health professional.

This screening may suggest that the user carry out a first virtual consultation with a doctor for an evaluation of his condition, which can be immediate - if the patient only has to wait in line for care - or make an appointment for the next hours or days , according to your calendar availability.

When scheduling, the user will be notified by email, SMS and / or telephone stating that the health professional is waiting for them. We recommend that anyone who has an appointment be in a bright place, with internet access and the name (s) of the medication (s) for continuous use in hand.

As the doctor is responsible for starting the consultation in the application, we also suggest that the patient is connected 5 minutes in advance. If this does not happen, ‘Atende Saúde’ can call on the phone informed in the registration.

If there is a need to issue certificates, medical prescriptions or exam requests, ‘Atende Saúde’ makes these documents available on the app itself and also sends them by email. All of these medical documents are issued with a ‘digital signature’ of the doctor who performed the consultation with his / her registration number with the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM), which helps to prevent forgery and fraud.

In the case of prescription of controlled drugs, the user can print the prescription with the doctor's signature to go to his preferred pharmacy - or simply show the e-mail with the document received in PDF format.
