Or you haven't been working enough and need to put your nose down. Any situation can be applied in Balance.

The “add activity” and “add reward” screens allows you to customize the experience. Add your activities and rewards, whatever they may be. The app is not meant to help complete tasks, the app is simply to help you reflect on your life choices and help you make the changes you want.
