The goal of this project is:

To identify and characterize the multi-factorial challenges typical of complex trips in urban settings.

To provide insights into ways in which public transit could be improved.

To investigate the types of Quality of Service (QoS) survey strategies that might provide a good balance between resident participation and quality data.

To identify similarities and differences in public transit use across urban neighborhoods.

To allow users to explore their individual experiences on public transit, and collective urban aggregate experiences.
