Swimming is movement when moving in water. Swimming is usually done without artificial supplies. This activity can be used for recreation and sport. Swimming is used when moving from one place to another in the water, fishing, bathing, or doing water sports. Swim for recreational purposes and competition takes place in swimming pools. Humans also swim in rivers, lakes and seas as a form of recreation. Swimming exercise makes the body healthy because almost all body muscles are used when swimming.

One of the successes in swimming we can regulate breathing well. First, stand at the edge of the pond low and keep your face on the surface of the water. Inhale through the mouth for a few moments and then put your head in the water and exhale your breath through your nose.
