Allegation Case Management System for the management of allegations related to breaches of Ericsson’s Code of Business Ethics (Compass). The Allegation Management Office (AMO) is responsible for the overall Allegation Management process in Ericsson from the time of reporting a potential compliance concern to the remediation of any such substantiated violation. Corporate Investigations is responsible to ensure that all plausible allegations of potential compliance violations are appropriately investigated.
The mobile app has the below features:
• A digitized allegation case management system that centralizes all allegations and investigations into a single platform
• Provides efficient management information and statistics for reporting purposes
• Facilitates the end to end process of handling allegations, investigations and remediation processes
• Protects information on allegations, investigations and remediation by limiting access in a controlled manner

• Uses a stack of technologies to facilitate collaborative ways of working
• Enhances and centralizes file and document storage
• Is developed on a low-code platform by Appian and ensures continuous addition of features and functionality to continue to support the digitization of the Allegation Management process
