Big Ear Radio is an Equal Ability Broadcaster offering quality programs and content aimed at all listeners but with a particular focus on our special needs listeners, their carers and families. Our objective is to promote the equal abilities of many of our broadcasters and backroom staff who will be dealing with disabilities themselves, proving that they are equally capable of employment in many industries, not just broadcasting. In general our focus is on promoting "family" and unity through a platform that provides a united voice through which we can campaign for and applaud improved services across the UK and beyond.
