Student Attendance Management: Admins and Teachers can do all attendance management every day from students in each class. The attendance method used is FACE RECOGNITION *, so students cannot be absent / due to attendance based on face scans. Students and parents can view the attendance report wisely. The teacher can also add the reason for his absence to each student. Every time a student is absent, a message is automatically sent to registered parents stating the day, date and reason for absence.

Teacher / Teacher Management: The role of the teacher is now easier to provide teaching to students, homework can be given online, giving exams online, compiling the syllabus in the teacher's panel, so that it is easy for students to access, Each chapter of learning becomes well documented, students can repeat learning by accessing subjects online. This Learning Management System platform we call it the Study Room, where learning content is presented with audio visual learning through a zoom class, so that Learning and Teaching Activities become fun.

Classrooms and Subjects: As a student management application, SIMAS has made it easier for admins to create new classes and assign subjects. Finally, teacher management can be done by assigning subjects and classes. For parents, their child's information such as class number, respective subjects and assigned teachers can be seen when they log into their respective dashboards.

Student Class Management: As a student report management system, SIMAS has a feature where admins and teachers can enter student grades / marks on the basis of their classes and subjects. Along with grades, teachers can also write student comments or reviews about student performance. Subject-wise grades will be seen on student and parent dashboards. Using our paid export-import add-on, teachers can import .csv files with values ​​to more quickly load values ​​in bulk. Students and parents can print further grades.

School Schedule Management: Admins and teachers can create exam schedules for each subject in their respective classes. Along with this, the schedule of upcoming school events such as cultural festival schedules, sports tournament schedules, annual leave management and can also be easily created. For sudden changes in the academic field, admins can notify teachers, students and parents by sending email notifications (free) or sending messages via add-on / Whatsapp / SMS.

School Accounting Management: School bookkeeping details, from student tuition payments, student tuition arrears, automatic payment receipts, notification of tuition payment arrears, this feature can be customs according to school needs (add-on).

Transportation Management: Details about Public Transportation buses, trams or private Transport Schools, routes, and driver details can be provided on the student, parent and teacher dashboards by the admin.
