Biorhythms were considered by some psychologists, particularly Freud, to help explain why we have good and bad days. Split into 3 main categories, each rhythm occurs over a different number of days.

The 3 cycles are:

Physical - Cycles every 23 days.

Affects confidence, strength, stamina. That’s right, the stuff that will make you the ruler of the world!

Emotional - Cycles every 28 days.

Affects mood, optimism, well-being, creativity and of course, romance.

Intellectual - Cycles every 33 days.

Affects perception, reason and judgement. A handy thing to have when explaining why you need another guitar. Or car. Or both.
