b) The app has some exciting unique features:

i. User can submit booking request any time; the app is open 24/7

ii. User can see the booking status of the customer, once he submits booking, he will

be able to see the subscriber ID generated for the customer.

iii. User can filter the data based on different parameters, or he can directly search

any customer’s booking request.

iv. User can book both SD and HD connections through the app and can see the

booking details whenever needed.
