BordSetup

BordSetup is an app to help setup the screen mode when the Android system starts up. This app defaults the display to be operating in portrait or landscape orientation mode. The screen orientation setup is done for use by a companion app BordPlayer,

a schedule based media presentation engine.

BORDLIVE is a platform designed to provide the ability to manage, assemble, and schedule rich media for playing across a network of displays over the Internet. The same platform also allows the management of the physical displays and the mapping of

screens(virtual displays) to the displays.

BORDLIVE is supported by 3 Android apps: BordSetup, is as described here; BordPlayer, a real-time schedule based media player for presentation applications; and BordMUploader, an app to allow seamless upload of media on mobiles onto BORDLIVE for use by the owner.

BORDLIVE has a related platform, BORDSCAN, which serves the market space of online to offline services(O2O). NOTE: Not all Android systems, in particular Google TV, supports both the portrait and landscape screen modes. Most are defaulted to only the landscape mode. Thus, for these Google TV systems, it is not possible to operate the display in portrait screen

mode.
